A realistic plan for a team's first week. Each day is under an hour.
Day 1: Foundation
Create the organization, complete the company profile, and import your people list. Open each OS you plan to use and finish its first-run setup. See Set up your workspace.
Day 2: Team and data
Invite your team with role presets, then import contacts, deals, and open work. Truthful data on day 2 makes everything after feel real instead of demo-like.
Day 3: Meet Cortex
Open the Cortex station and ask real questions about your business. Run your first play - the library at Cortex, Plays is organized by role and domain, so a founder, a head of sales, and an ops lead each have an obvious starting point. Review the deliverable it produces.
Day 4: The stations habit
Spend the morning in Mission Control: Today shows what waits on you, Goals tracks objectives, Actions shows what AI is doing, and Company is the door to every module. This is the daily rhythm of the platform - most people live in Today and their primary OS.
Day 5: First autonomy
Pick one low-risk area and raise autonomy one notch - for example, let the AI draft task triage or deal follow-up suggestions for approval. Review what lands in the approvals queue and accept the good ones. This teaches the governance loop: propose, approve, audit, undo. See The approvals queue.
Pro Tip: The in-app lesson library (Command Center, Learn Brainis) has 40+ short lessons, most under three minutes, organized by module. Assign it to new joiners.
