Your plan gives you seats, the full product and a monthly batch of AI credits. Credits pay for the AI work: planning, agent work, checks and forecasts. Need more? Top up without changing your plan. You see the cost of anything that uses credits before I run it.
Each kind of AI work has its own price range, so nothing costs more than its kind allows: questions, your daily brief (text or audio, always priced as a brief, never as a report), reports, agent work, forecasts and checks. Voice uses the same credits. One balance, one number, never a second meter.

Your monthly credits reset each cycle; unused ones don’t carry over. Top-up credits last 12 months and get used after your monthly ones. They belong to your company: people who handle billing buy them, and anyone else can ask, so I pass the request on. A pack costs a little more per credit than a bigger plan, on purpose: packs are for bursts, and steady heavy use belongs on the next plan.

No. No setup package, no managed service, no consultants. It's software all the way down. Design partners get early access and a say in what we build next, not people doing their work. If I can't do something yet, tell us and we'll build it into me.

The Free plan is free, with no time limit and no card needed. Paid plans are billed from the day you choose them; cancel anytime.
The people who handle billing. Anyone else can ask for more credits, and I pass the request to the person who can say yes.
Only if you've said yes to that spending, with a budget you set. Spending that can't be undone also waits for a person's OK. It never comes out of AI credits: we keep the two apart on purpose.
We retry on days 3, 5 and 7 and tell you each time. From day 7, you can still read and approve decisions, but agent work pauses. Running missions stop at a checkpoint, never halfway through a step. On day 21, your company moves to Free-plan limits, with your data kept as our retention terms say. Pay, and your plan comes back right away, with paused missions picking up from their checkpoint.
30-day money-back on your first subscription charge, no questions asked. If a problem on our side hits a mission, I refund its credits automatically. We never charge for our own failures. Top-ups can't be refunded once more than 20% is used, and you see that when you buy.
You can take your data with you. Our Terms give you 30 days after you cancel to export it; after that it may be deleted, as the DPA says. Leaving anytime is on purpose, not a trick to keep you.
Yes. You get the real flow once: I learn your company, build your plan and run one mission, checked before it counts. The limits are on how much and how many seats, not on what's real.
