Brainis is an operating system for running a company. Instead of stitching together a CRM, a project tracker, an HR tool, an applicant tracking system, and an accounting app, you get 11 connected Operating Systems that share one database, one permission model, and one AI brain.
The three layers
The Operating Systems. Work, Revenue, People, Hiring, Finance, Communication, Product, Operations, Strategy, BI, and Engagement. Each OS is a full department tool on its own, and every OS is included on every plan.
Cortex AI. The thinking layer that sits across all of them. Cortex reads your company data, answers questions with citations, runs a library of 420+ ready-made business plays, and produces real deliverables: forecasts, briefs, plans, and analyses. See Cortex overview.
Governed autonomy. AI in Brainis does not act unsupervised by default. Every AI-originated change flows through an action gateway with autonomy levels, approval rules, an audit trail, and undo. You choose how much the AI is allowed to do. See Autonomy levels.
What makes it different
Important: Every OS module is included on every plan, with no per-seat pricing. Plans start at $29 a month, and AI work is metered separately in credits.
Most software charges per user and leaves the work to you. Brainis inverts that: every module is included on every plan, and the AI that actually does work is metered. Your bill scales with the work the AI does, not with how many people you hire.
Where everything lives
When you sign in, Mission Control gives you eight stations: Today, Goals, Strategies, Decisions, Reports, Actions, Company, and Cortex. The Company station is the directory of all your OS modules. The Cortex station is where you talk to the AI.
