This policy explains the cookies and similar browser storage that brainis.ai and app.brainis.ai use, operated by BrainisAI, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Brainis", "we"). It sits beside our Privacy Policy, which says what we do with personal data.
Your choice
- In the EU, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland nothing beyond the essential items loads until you choose. The small card asks once.
- Everywhere else analytics and advertising measurement are on by default, a short notice says so on your first visit, and you can turn them off at any time.
- Global Privacy Control: when your browser sends it, advertising cookies stay off wherever you are.
- Your choice is shared by brainis.ai and app.brainis.ai, and you can change it whenever you like: .
- Saying no changes nothing about how the site or the app works.

Analytics
Only with your consent (see above). They tell us how the site and the app are used, never who you are to an advertiser. A tool appears here only when it is switched on in a release; one that is switched off loads nothing.

Advertising measurement
Only with your consent, and never when your browser sends Global Privacy Control. They measure whether our own ads work; we do not sell your data or let these partners build profiles for others through our site.

Removing them
Change your choice with the link above, or delete cookies in your browser's settings. Deleting the essential items signs you out of the app and makes the site ask again.
