Revenue AI — part of the Brainis AI Suite

A CRM that works its own pipeline: stalls spotted, drafts written, forecasts honest.

Step by step

Revive stalled deals

Wakes up each deal that's been quiet for more than 21 days with personal outreach backed by facts — and tells you which deals to let go.

  1. agent

    Classify stalled deals by cause

  2. you

    Decision: the pursue/park list

  3. agent

Draft a follow-up for each deal (it can read the CRM and write drafts, nothing more)

  4. check

Check drafts against your voice and the facts

  5. you

Send them — you release each batch, or let me send within the limits you set

  6. Brainis

    Track replies; record what happened

Each step shows who does it. The 2 steps marked "you" are your calls. Revenue AI handles the rest.

How it connects

How Revenue AI fits in.

Revenue AI uses the same picture of your company as the rest of the suite (see Company State). Its work turns into missions, gets checked by Verify, and only goes as far as you let it.

In detail

What it tells me
deals, stages, speed, and the forecast range vs. what happened, each kept as a sourced fact.
What it gets from me
outreach and pipeline work become missions; my agents act on deals through set commands, never freehand.
What gets checked
outreach against what's true about the account; forecast numbers trace back to the live pipeline.
Works with
a deal marked closed-won updates Finance AI's cash forecast and drafts an invoice schedule; pipeline health feeds the morning brief.
What clients see (shared quotes, deal rooms) is a view you control, never an export.

Agents at work

What the agent can touch, and what it can’t.

My agent works inside Revenue AI, one job at a time. Its access is like a keycard: it opens only what the job needs, and nothing marked "never", however the agent asks. How the keycard works.

FAQ

Questions people ask first.

Will the AI email my prospects without me?

Only if you've said I can. By default you release each send; if you give me more room, I send within the limits you set. Either way, drafts are checked against your voice and the facts first, and each send is on the record.

How is the forecast kept honest?

Forecast snapshots are kept as made: the expected range is recorded before the results arrive, and never edited after. The record keeps the wrong ones too; that's what makes the next one better.

Can we keep our current CRM while we try this?

Yes. Import what you have, new contact details arrive as facts, and outreach follows your rules wherever the record started. Run both side by side, and switch when you're ready.

Every plan includes it, Free too — the stalled-deals play is a fine first one. Letting me send within your limits needs Starter or above.
