Performance was a standalone module and is now a section of People OS.

Goals and OKRs

Objectives with measurable key results, owned by a person or a team, visible at the level you choose. Goals connect to the Goals station in Mission Control, so progress is visible without a separate reporting cycle.

Review cycles

Define a cycle: who is reviewed, by whom, on what competencies, over what period. The cycle handles self-reviews, manager reviews, and peer input, then calibration across managers.

One-on-ones and continuous feedback

Recurring one-on-ones with shared agendas and notes, plus lightweight feedback between cycles. A missed one-on-one raises a signal, because a skipped cadence is usually the earliest visible sign of a struggling relationship.

AI in reviews

The AI review writer drafts from evidence: goals, feedback, and recorded outcomes. It is a drafting tool, and the manager owns the judgment and the words. Reviews are never auto-published.

Important: Performance data is visible according to explicit visibility settings, not by module level alone. Check calibration participation and goal visibility before a cycle opens.
