Three former modules now live inside People OS. They share the employee record and the same permission model.
Learning
Courses, learning paths, certifications, and a skills matrix. Assign training to roles or individuals, track completion, and see skill coverage across the team. Overdue mandatory training raises a signal rather than waiting for an audit.
Rewards and recognition
A recognition feed, milestone tracking, badges, bonuses, and a rewards catalog. The point of this section is visibility: recognition that happens privately does not build culture, so the feed is deliberately shared.
Wellness
Programs, challenges, and check-ins. Wellness check-in data is personally sensitive; treat access as restricted and prefer aggregate views over individual ones for anyone outside HR.
Tip: Start with one of the three, not all three. Teams that launch learning, recognition, and wellness in the same month usually get shallow adoption of all of them.
