Buying credit top-ups

Top-up packs cover usage spikes. They never expire and are spent after your plan allowance.

Top-ups are one-off credit packs, separate from your monthly plan allowance.

How they behave

  • ›They never expire. A pack bought in January is still valid next year.
  • ›They are spent last. Brainis draws down your monthly plan credits first, so top-ups act as a reserve.
  • ›They are available from Starter up. The Free plan does not offer top-ups; it is designed for evaluation.

Buying a pack

Go to Settings, Credits (or Admin, Billing and Plans), choose a pack size, and pay by card. Credits are available immediately and the purchase appears in your billing history.

When to top up vs upgrade

Tip: Use a top-up for a one-time spike - a quarter-end analysis push, an agent backfill over historical data. If you buy top-ups every month, the next plan tier is cheaper per credit.
