My Space

My Space overview

Every employee's own corner: profile, time off, pay stubs, tasks, learning, goals, and personal settings.

1 min read

My Space is employee self-service. Everyone gets it regardless of which modules they can access.

What is in it

  • My Hub: what needs your attention today.
  • My Profile: your details, which feed the directory and org chart.
  • Time off: request leave and see your balance.
  • Pay stubs: your own, and only your own.
  • Time tracking: log time if your organization uses it.
  • Learning: assigned courses and progress.
  • Goals: your objectives and check-ins.
  • Rewards and feedback: recognition you have given and received.

Why it exists separately

Most employees are not operators of the business systems. They need a small, obvious surface for the handful of things that concern them, not a navigation rail of eleven modules. My Space is that surface.

Privacy

You see your own data. Managers see what their role and module levels permit, which is generally less than people assume: seeing someone in the directory does not mean seeing their compensation or their wellness check-ins.

Tip: Point new joiners at My Space on day one and their primary module on day two. Starting with the whole platform is how onboarding overwhelms people.
