Your work already fits one workspace
Docs, tasks, goals, and whiteboards in one tool removes real friction. If the coordination problem is your whole problem, adding a decision layer above it solves something you do not have.
You have someone who enjoys owning the configuration
ClickUp rewards a power user who tunes it. Teams with that person get a lot out of it; teams without one tend to drift — and that is a staffing question, not a software one.
You are not handing work to AI yet

Brainis prices capacity: the plan sets a seat band, connectors, concurrency, and an autonomy ceiling, and AI credits pay for agent work, with every credit-consuming action showing its cost before it runs.
