Questions people ask first.

Can managers see individual survey answers?

Only what the survey's consent settings allow. Anonymous means anonymous: managers see totals and trends, and Verify checks that each report keeps the anonymity rules.

Does wellness data feed performance reviews?

No. Pulse data informs care — programs, check-ins, a manager conversation — and does not feed performance scoring.

Why the Beta label?

The survey and program tools are real; connecting them to the rest of Brainis is still being finished. The label comes off when that's done.
