The tools exist and work; the label shows it hasn't yet met our own five-point bar that every module must clear before we call it done. The label comes off when it does.
That's exactly what it's built to avoid: the ops manual runs itself and pings you only at the exceptions. You set the thresholds and who gets pinged next.
Automations follow the same rules as the rest of Brainis: each action has a risk level and limits, and each step is on the record. Risky steps always wait for a person.
