The help center has been rebuilt from scratch. The old one described a product with 17 standalone modules and per-seat pricing, neither of which is true any more.
What changed
A new structure, 19 categories. The AI layer is now first-class rather than a footnote: Cortex AI, Agents and Automations, and Autonomy and Approvals each have their own section, alongside Credits and Billing and the 11 shipping Operating Systems.
Absorbed modules documented where they live. Payroll, Performance, Learning, Rewards, and Wellness are sections inside People OS. Recruitment marketing lives inside Hiring OS. Delivery, Customer Success, and Knowledge are inside Operations. The documentation now matches the navigation.
New sections that had no home before. My Space for employee self-service, Integrations and API, and Admin and Security.
What is in it
Every article was rewritten against the current product. The Cortex section covers the station, plays, Autopilot, deliverables, and memory. The autonomy section covers the 0-8 ladder, authority contracts, the approvals queue, reverting actions, and the audit trail. Credits and Billing explains what a credit is and what each action costs.
